Theofilos Karakostas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Vladimiros Mallios had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Valerios Pantazopoulos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vladimiros Mallios in the 26th minute of the match. Sakis Partaolas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Valerios Pantazopoulos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Mouriá's goal looked a bit too open when Sakis Partaolas came free, but Valerios Pantazopoulos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Sakis Partaolas made a precise shot to the right of Valerios Pantazopoulos. Mouriá's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 46 minutes into the match, Milokopiσn FC's goalkeeper Theofilos Karakostas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aggelos Aggeliadis. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Adamantios Sakallieros to make the kick off. Vladimiros Mallios blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Valerios Pantazopoulos having to make a save. Vladimiros Mallios struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Valerios Pantazopoulos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Milokopiσn FC. Mouriá's Aggelos Aggeliadis got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Adamantios Sakallieros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Theofilos Karakostas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adamantios Sakallieros in the 78th minute of play. Valerios Pantazopoulos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sakis Partaolas, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Theofilos Karakostas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Soulis Kopanakis in the 97th minute of the match. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Milokopiσn FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
