After a rather tough play, Gorgómilos's Christos Taktikos got a free kick in the 2nd minute. In the 9th of the match, Aggelos Kerkoportas tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Theocharis Koutromichalis got in the way and made a wonderful save. In the 19th minute, Dimitris Kanavopoulos made a precise shot to the right of Themos Katevatis. Katsνka BC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 24th play minute Prodromos Verros came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Theocharis Koutromichalis. 1-1. Aggelos Kerkoportas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Theocharis Koutromichalis having to interfere. 36 minutes into the match, Gorgómilos's goalkeeper Theocharis Koutromichalis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Prodromos Verros. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Konstantinos Koutras during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Katsνka BC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 40th minute. Penalty! The audience was convinced that Aggelos Kerkoportas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Theocharis Koutromichalis was relentless in the 48th minute of the game. Theocharis Koutromichalis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aggelos Kerkoportas in the 56th minute of the match. If Aggelos Kerkoportas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 71 played minutes Gorgómilos got a freekick which was hit by Stergios Kalamatas. Prodromos Verros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Theocharis Koutromichalis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 75 minutes into the match, Gorgómilos's goal looked a bit too open when Prodromos Verros came free, but Theocharis Koutromichalis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Themos Katevatis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dimitris Kanavopoulos in the 77th minute of play. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Katsνka BC's goalkeeper Themos Katevatis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 85 minutes into the match, Katsνka BC's goal looked a bit too open when Dimitris Kanavopoulos came free, but Themos Katevatis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Panagiotis Tsiaris fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Themos Katevatis having to interfere. Panagiotis Tsiaris received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Themos Katevatis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aggelos Kerkoportas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Gorgómilos walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
