Alexis Maganaris recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 12 minutes into the match, Karαspaο FC's goal looked a bit too open when Konstantinos Goumas came free, but Manolis Mavrokordatos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Karαspaο FC's goalkeeper Manolis Mavrokordatos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Karαspaο FC's Aggelos Krigos got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Aggelos Krigos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Sotos Potiras made a huge save. The supporters of Eklektσn booed when Karαspaο FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Odysseas Stratakis didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience cheered when Giannis Kostikos's long shot passed Manolis Mavrokordatos's right side. It was 0-1, 25 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giorgos Stefanou in the 64th minute of play forced Eklektσn's goalkeeper Sotos Potiras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 67th minute Alexis Maganaris shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manolis Mavrokordatos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
