Thrasivoulos Sitaropoulos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valentinos Pronios having to interfere. Valentinos Pronios was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Thrasivoulos Sitaropoulos showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Thrasivoulos Sitaropoulos kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Valentinos Pronios. That made the score 2-0 in the 19 minute of play. Diogenis Meletopoulos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thodoris Papakostas in the 82nd minute of play. Kastamonνtsa's Stamatis Loverdos got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Kastamonνtsa booed when Moukha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Takis Siradakis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Valentinos Pronios showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thrasivoulos Sitaropoulos, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. If Thrasivoulos Sitaropoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lambis Velas took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 97th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Valentinos Pronios. Moukha's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.
