Vassilis Katsarolidis kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Kyriakos Skapaneas hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Kyriakos Skapaneas received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Babbis Kariotakis came out and tried to block the shot, but Kyriakos Skapaneas slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 18th minute. Achilleas Tsopelas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zinon Krios having to interfere. If Fragiskos Sfiggopoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 33 played minutes Hermoúpolis BC got a freekick which was hit by Kyriakos Skapaneas. After 35 minutes, Alkaios Kagouras mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hermoúpolis BC and the Gate13 players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 35 played minutes Hermoúpolis BC got a freekick which was hit by Alkaios Kagouras. Achilleas Tsopelas's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 69thth minute, Zinon Krios skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Zinon Krios was a little too slow when Marinos Kandarakis got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 73rd minute. The score was now 1-2. Aris Moukeas kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. 85 minutes into the game, Apostolikas Maragozis was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hermoúpolis BC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gate13 the free kick. The supporters of Gate13 booed when Hermoúpolis BC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Apostolikas Maragozis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Achilleas Tsopelas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Zinon Krios made a huge save. After 92 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Hermoúpolis BC! The referee gave Gate13 a penalty, 93 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Achilleas Tsopelas, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Hermoúpolis BC's Zinon Krios. 1-3. 98 minutes into the game, Hermoúpolis BC's Fragiskos Sfiggopoulos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Babbis Kariotakis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. When the match was over Gate13 could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Hermoúpolis BC throughout the match.
