In the 30th minute of the match, Anastasios Tassatos got a very nice opportunity to score, but Giannis Kapopoulos was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 32nd minute, Theofanis Frantzeskos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Giannis Kapopoulos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Takis Mendrinos in the 40th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Lazarina FC's Anastasios Tassatos slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Giannis Kapopoulos. That made the score 3-0 after 43 minutes of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Takis Mendrinos to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Miltos Spanopoulos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Stefanos Tsirigoulis was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Panagiotis Chatziioannou during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Lakonia FC booed when Lazarina FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Panagiotis Chatziioannou didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Lakonia FC's Miltos Spanopoulos got a free kick in the 59th minute. In the 60th minute, Panagiotis Markos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Evripidis Zarkadis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lazarina FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Evripidis Zarkadis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Giannis Kapopoulos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Evripidis Zarkadis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Giannis Kapopoulos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evripidis Zarkadis in the 68th minute of play. Lakonia FC's Giannis Kapopoulos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Takis Mendrinos in the 70th minute of play. A collision led to Lazarina FC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Takis Mendrinos hit a great ball. If Miltos Spanopoulos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Panagiotis Markos kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Lakonia FC's Giannis Kapopoulos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anastasios Tassatos in the 88th minute of play. Christodoulos Koutras received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Stefanos Tsirigoulis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Giannis Kapopoulos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Anastasios Tassatos went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Lazarina FC had won after a very even match.
