Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Zacharias Vardoulakis started the match with the kick off. Panos Martinopoulos hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. The supporters of Iraklis booed when Cariocas F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Panos Martinopoulos didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 9th match minute, Cariocas F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerasimos Belos to maneuver through the defense. Minas Mallous sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tasos Vrettos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sotiris Dellios in the 14th minute of the match. In the 16th match minute, Iraklis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fokas Nistikakis to maneuver through the defense. Kleon Logothetis kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 17thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Iraklis's keeper Paraskevas Tsatsos was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Kleanthis Kakatsios's late challenge caught a Iraklis's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kleanthis Kakatsios helped the player get up and apologised. In the 18th match minute, Cariocas F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kleanthis Kakatsios to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Iraklis's Miltiadis Kirmizas got a free kick in the 25th minute. Kleon Logothetis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 27th minute of the match, but Paraskevas Tsatsos made a huge save. After 29 played minutes Iraklis got a freekick which was hit by Sakis Vryzas. After 30 played minutes, Cariocas F.C's Panos Martinopoulos shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Paraskevas Tsatsos came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cariocas F.C reached it. After 34 minutes, Sotiris Dellios mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Iraklis and the Cariocas F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Louis Theodoridis got free with Paraskevas Tsatsos in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 37th play minutes Minas Mallous shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Tasos Vrettos and just under the crossbar into goal. Iraklis's Paraskevas Tsatsos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Iraklis from getting a goal against them. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Minas Mallous to make the kick off. Paraskevas Tsatsos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zacharias Vardoulakis went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Minas Mallous sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Minas Mallous might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tasos Vrettos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Minas Mallous ran back to his position shaking his head. Minas Mallous sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Miltiadis Kirmizas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Tasos Vrettos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miltiadis Kirmizas in the 70th minute of play forced Cariocas F.C's goalkeeper Tasos Vrettos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Minas Mallous had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paraskevas Tsatsos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Louis Theodoridis, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. In the 75th minute, Louis Theodoridis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Miltiadis Kirmizas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tasos Vrettos having to interfere. Minas Mallous might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tasos Vrettos. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Minas Mallous ran back to his position shaking his head. Menios Vakoufaris's late challenge caught a Iraklis's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Menios Vakoufaris helped the player get up and apologised. When the match had been going on for 85 minutes, Iraklis's Fokas Nistikakis got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Tasos Vrettos. Paraskevas Tsatsos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kleon Logothetis in the 90th minute of play. 98 minutes into the match, Iraklis's goal looked a bit too open when Louis Theodoridis came free, but Paraskevas Tsatsos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Iraklis were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Cariocas F.C to leave the ground with a draw.
