Tasos Soulogiannis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dionysis Stamatakos having to interfere. Iason Ntaralas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 37th minute, Stavros Tripodakis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dionysis Stamatakos was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 41 minutes into the match, Makas FC's Tasos Soulogiannis sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dionysis Stamatakos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kostas Fragos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zisis Lilis, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Kostas Fragos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, TALIOURIDES's Apostolis Sakalis got a free kick in the 60th minute. Dionysis Stamatakos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Stavros Tripodakis's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. When Stavros Tripodakis came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Makas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stavros Tripodakis couldn't finish the play. A hard shot 76 in the game by Tasos Soulogiannis from a close distance when the talented Dionysis Stamatakos managed to make a qualified save. The referee ignored Makas FC's protests and gave Christoforos Manouselis a yellow card for diving instead.
