Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Evaggelos Petroulakis made the kick off which started today's match. Petros Sarris took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nikos Doulgeroglou, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Markos Zouboulidis was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 6th minute. Bambakarαdhika BC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 8thth minute of the game Evaggelos Petroulakis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Bambakarαdhika BC's Kostas Theofanidis was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Bambakarαdhika BC's Markos Zouboulidis got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 16 minutes into the match, Piryion FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nikos Doulgeroglou came free, but Petros Sarris reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Charis Livathinos kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 26th minute, Alexandros Katsoulakis made a precise shot to the right of Kostas Theofanidis. Bambakarαdhika BC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Evaggelos Petroulakis struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Kostas Theofanidis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Piryion FC. In the 40th minute, Evaggelos Petroulakis left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Piryion FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nikos Doulgeroglou in the 45th minute of play forced Piryion FC's goalkeeper Petros Sarris to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nikos Doulgeroglou to strike the kick off in the second half. A hard shot by Markos Pantoflidis from long distance, 54 minutes into the match, got Kostas Theofanidis's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. If Nikos Doulgeroglou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Alexandros Katsoulakis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Piryion FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alexandros Katsoulakis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kostas Theofanidis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 63rd minute Evaggelos Petroulakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kostas Theofanidis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Petros Sarris showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nikos Doulgeroglou in the 65th minute of the match. Thanasis Spanakis hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Kostas Theofanidis was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Renos Chrysafis. In the 68th minute Evaggelos Petroulakis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kostas Theofanidis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Petros Sarris took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Markos Zouboulidis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Markos Zouboulidis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paschalis Gonias hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Kostas Theofanidis came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Piryion FC's Alexandros Katsoulakis. But to his dismay, Alexandros Katsoulakis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Nikos Doulgeroglou received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Petros Sarris tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Piryion FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
