After 8 played minutes Loxáda got a freekick which was hit by Thodoris Thomopoulos. In the 12th minute, Elaia's Kostas Tsirigakis dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 16th minute, Simos Karaiskos left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Loxáda fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. In the 22nd match minute, Loxáda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miltos Papoulias to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kostas Tsirigakis in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ignatios Trabakoulos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Kostas Tsirigakis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Viktoras Tsagaropoulos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ignatios Trabakoulos having to interfere. Viktoras Tsagaropoulos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ignatios Trabakoulos having to make a save. Ignatios Trabakoulos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kostas Tsirigakis's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alexandros Kapagiannopoulos made a kick off. Panos Filippas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ignatios Trabakoulos having to interfere. Alexandros Kapagiannopoulos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Miltos Karoubalos having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kostas Tsirigakis in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Elaia's supporters rose to their feet, but Kostas Tsirigakis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ignatios Trabakoulos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alexandros Kapagiannopoulos got free with Miltos Karoubalos in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 81st minute, Alexandros Kapagiannopoulos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Loxáda's goalkeeper Ignatios Trabakoulos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Miltos Karoubalos made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Alexandros Kapagiannopoulos sent off a good shot on target. After 94 minutes, Eleftherios Anastasakos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Elaia and the Loxáda players grew even worse after the yellow card. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Loxáda had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
