Fanis Giannakopoulos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from John Ibaute in the 22nd minute of the match. The supporters of pamponiros booed when Olympiacos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. John Ibaute didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the Olympiacos FC defense, Ruben Natanael kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Miltiadis Panagoulias. The Olympiacos FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Miltiadis Panagoulias should have stopped the shot. Miltiadis Panagoulias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tito Villalba in the 88th minute of the match. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
