Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Aarni Palenius started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Witomir Kowalski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Sara IFK's Veikko Harju slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ercan Taygun. That made the score 1-1 after 9 minutes of play. In the 14th minute, Witomir Kowalski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC UK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. In the 24th minute Yrjö Kangasniemi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Reino Antila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Reino Antila didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Witomir Kowalski went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Reino Antila came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by FC UK's Yrjö Kangasniemi. But to his dismay, Yrjö Kangasniemi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Sara IFK's Reino Antila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Witomir Kowalski in the 39th minute of play. Veikko Harju charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Veikko Harju the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. If Witomir Kowalski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Witomir Kowalski came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the FC UK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Witomir Kowalski couldn't finish the play. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Witomir Kowalski made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joni Törmänen got free with Reino Antila in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Joni Törmänen scored 1-5 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Reino Antila, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 60 minutes into the game, FC UK's Yrjö Kangasniemi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Reino Antila made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-6. Witomir Kowalski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Sara IFK getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Petteri Pirnes hit a great ball. 74 minutes into the match, Sara IFK's goalkeeper Reino Antila had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Yrjö Kangasniemi. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sara IFK's goalkeeper Reino Antila, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Antti Itäluoma lost his temper 77 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Antti Itäluoma kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Ercan Taygun made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jouko Koskenkorva in the 78th minute of play. When Aarni Palenius fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sara IFK's protests and gave Aarni Palenius a yellow card for diving instead. 84 minutes into the game, Aarni Palenius cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-6. Ercan Taygun was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sara IFK's Reino Antila proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Sara IFK from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Sara IFK's zone, Yrjö Kangasniemi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Reino Antila came out of the goal and Yrjö Kangasniemi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match was over FC UK could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Sara IFK throughout the match.
