Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Witomir Kowalski started the match with the kick off. Saku Sulonen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ercan Taygun having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Karis's Markus Tallqvist got a free kick in the 12th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Yrjö Kangasniemi could shoot a difficult shot in the 14th minute, which Joni Rinne however easily saved by the left post. With a little luck, Karis's Joni Rinne got control of the ball when Joni Törmänen tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 22nd minute, FC UK's Witomir Kowalski dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Henrik Hauhtonen hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. In the 33rd minute, Ali Turunen sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and FC UK's Ercan Taygun didn't even have to move. After 34 played minutes Karis got a freekick which was hit by Tino Lampi. In the 37th match minute, Karis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saku Sulonen to maneuver through the defense. Witomir Kowalski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of FC UK booed when Karis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henrik Hauhtonen didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 47th minute, Arvo Hänninen made a precise shot to the right of Ercan Taygun. FC UK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Yrjö Kangasniemi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Joni Rinne tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 56th minute, Witomir Kowalski got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Joni Rinne took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Witomir Kowalski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Karis getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Tino Lampi hit a great ball. Joni Rinne came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by FC UK's Witomir Kowalski. But to his dismay, Witomir Kowalski quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. If Witomir Kowalski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 74th minute, Witomir Kowalski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joni Rinne was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. After a defensive mix-up in Karis's zone, Yrjö Kangasniemi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joni Rinne came out of the goal and Yrjö Kangasniemi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 80thth minute of the game Yrjö Kangasniemi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Karis's Joni Rinne was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tino Lampi's late challenge caught a FC UK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tino Lampi helped the player get up and apologised. Witomir Kowalski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 89 minutes of play, FC UK's Witomir Kowalski made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Joni Rinne was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Witomir Kowalski came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the FC UK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Witomir Kowalski couldn't finish the play. Yrjö Kangasniemi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Joni Rinne having to make a save.
