Ludvig Säfström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Aki Kuivalainen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 8th play minute Vili Vuorinen came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Aki Kuivalainen. 1-0. Daavid Salo scored 2-0 in the 11th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aki Kuivalainen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Joni Huttunen's late challenge caught a fc baltec bayer's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joni Huttunen helped the player get up and apologised. In the 25th minute, Joni Huttunen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Raine Teräs struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Patrik Luotonen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LRiemu. Kimmo Keskinarkaus hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ludvig Säfström got free with Aki Kuivalainen in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ludvig Säfström in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aki Kuivalainen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 54 played minutes LRiemu got a freekick which was hit by Aarno Kyrönlahti. After 55 minutes, Maunu Vuorinen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the LRiemu and the fc baltec bayer players grew even worse after the yellow card. After some careless play in the LRiemu defense, Ludvig Säfström kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aki Kuivalainen. The LRiemu fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aki Kuivalainen should have stopped the shot. In the 68th minute, Joni Huttunen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LRiemu fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. In the 73rd match minute, LRiemu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raine Teräs to maneuver through the defense. Aki Kuivalainen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vili Vuorinen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aki Kuivalainen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ludvig Säfström, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. 80 minutes into the match, LRiemu's goal looked a bit too open when Ludvig Säfström came free, but Aki Kuivalainen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Patrik Luotonen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sipi Lehti in the 82nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ludvig Säfström in the 87th minute of play forced LRiemu's goalkeeper Aki Kuivalainen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 88 minutes into the game, fc baltec bayer's Vili Vuorinen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aki Kuivalainen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. Kimmo Keskinarkaus struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Aki Kuivalainen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for fc baltec bayer. The audience was convinced that Ludvig Säfström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aki Kuivalainen was relentless in the 94th minute of the game.
