Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Mika Pihlajamäki started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Mika Pihlajamäki came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Chupapi Munyayo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mika Pihlajamäki couldn't finish the play. 8 minutes into the match, FC Espoo's goal looked a bit too open when Mika Pihlajamäki came free, but Alvi Vuori reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Taavi Ylimäki recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mika Pihlajamäki received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Alvi Vuori came out and tried to block the shot, but Mika Pihlajamäki slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 14th minute. Mika Pihlajamäki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC Espoo's Alvi Vuori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tauno Ketola in the 30th minute of play. A collision led to Chupapi Munyayo getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Mika Pihlajamäki hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elmer Ikonen in the 38th minute of play forced Chupapi Munyayo's goalkeeper Auno Pihkala to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 43rd minute Mika Pihlajamäki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvi Vuori saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 45th match minute, Chupapi Munyayo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Onni Parkkonen to maneuver through the defense. After 46 played minutes, FC Espoo's Ossian Pirnes shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Auno Pihkala came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC Espoo reached it.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pekka Perämäki made a kick off. Mika Pihlajamäki scored 2-0 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alvi Vuori, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ossian Pirnes kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Chupapi Munyayo's Onni Parkkonen couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 55th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for FC Espoo. Tauno Ketola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvi Vuori having to interfere. Tauno Ketola struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Alvi Vuori didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chupapi Munyayo. After a defensive mix-up in FC Espoo's zone, Mika Pihlajamäki stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alvi Vuori came out of the goal and Mika Pihlajamäki tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 74 minutes, Touko Metsäranta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chupapi Munyayo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Touko Metsäranta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 83 minutes into the match, FC Espoo's goal looked a bit too open when Mika Pihlajamäki came free, but Alvi Vuori reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Espoo's Alvi Vuori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mika Pihlajamäki in the 89th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Taavi Ylimäki managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Espoo's supporters rose to their feet, but Taavi Ylimäki was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Auno Pihkala breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alvi Vuori made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mika Pihlajamäki in the 96th minute of play.
