Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Rami Lehtinen started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the game, Kari Puhakainen recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Toni Latvala. Kari Puhakainen showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Toni Latvala was a little too slow when Topias Nurminen got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 6th minute. The score was now 2-0. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Palokka FC's goalkeeper Martti Möksy, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Rami Lehtinen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Konsta Holmström fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Palokka FC's protests and gave Konsta Holmström a yellow card for diving instead. Untamo Kinnunen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rami Lehtinen in the 28th minute of play forced Palokka FC's goalkeeper Martti Möksy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Konsta Holmström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Untamo Kinnunen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Martti Möksy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Riutula IFK's Rami Lehtinen in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Palokka FC's goalie prevented a goal. Martti Möksy took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rami Lehtinen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

After having played for 57 minutes, Rami Lehtinen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Riutula IFK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rami Lehtinen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Untamo Kinnunen came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Riutula IFK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Untamo Kinnunen couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rami Lehtinen in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Martti Möksy prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Toni Latvala came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Palokka FC's Konsta Holmström. But to his dismay, Konsta Holmström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. With a little luck, Palokka FC's Martti Möksy got control of the ball when Untamo Kinnunen tried to sneak it across the goal line. 74 minutes into the game, Palokka FC's Konsta Holmström nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Toni Latvala made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Riutula IFK's Toni Latvala played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Topias Nurminen in the 78th minute of play. Konsta Holmström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Toni Kenig kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves Untamo Kinnunen could shoot a difficult shot in the 89th minute, which Martti Möksy however easily saved by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Untamo Kinnunen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Riutula IFK's supporters rose to their feet, but Untamo Kinnunen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Martti Möksy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A hard shot by Juha Varis from long distance, 93 minutes into the match, got Martti Möksy's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After 94 minutes, Kari Puhakainen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Palokka FC and the Riutula IFK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Kari Puhakainen kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. In the 96th minute, Untamo Kinnunen made a precise shot to the right of Martti Möksy. Palokka FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1. Palokka FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
