Aarto Hirvonen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Juha-Pekka Myötänen's late challenge caught a FC EloNKorjuu's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Juha-Pekka Myötänen helped the player get up and apologised. Juha-Pekka Myötänen hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lasse Kaltiainen in the 26th minute of play forced Tolkkinen IFK's goalkeeper Aarto Hirvonen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aarto Hirvonen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kalervo Harikkala went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 33rd minute, Daniel Nummelin reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Patrik Halonen. The goal made the score 1-2. In the 38th minute, Kalervo Harikkala made a precise shot to the right of Aarto Hirvonen. Tolkkinen IFK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nuutti Jylhä during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 55 minutes into the match, FC EloNKorjuu's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Nummelin came free, but Patrik Halonen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aarto Hirvonen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lasse Kaltiainen in the 87th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Lasse Kaltiainen managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC EloNKorjuu's supporters rose to their feet, but Lasse Kaltiainen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aarto Hirvonen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
