Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Orvo Nikkinen started the match with the kick off. Kerkko Toivanen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 5 minutes into the match, Leonard Tyski dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Kustaa Lahikainen, 1-0. Kustaa Lahikainen was a little too slow when Patrik Paaso got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 8th minute. The score was now 2-0. After having played for 17 minutes, Leonard Tyski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Menetelmä's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leonard Tyski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After having played for 19 minutes, Hemminki Johansson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ST. Martti Salonen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Kustaa Lahikainen made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leonard Tyski in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kustaa Lahikainen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leonard Tyski in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kustaa Lahikainen saved ST. MICHEL from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Leonard Tyski took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Kustaa Lahikainen to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonard Tyski in the 37th minute of play forced ST. MICHEL's goalkeeper Kustaa Lahikainen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leonard Tyski kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 39thth minute. Though ot was a great shot ST. MICHEL's keeper Kustaa Lahikainen was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. In the 41stth minute of the game Leonard Tyski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ST. MICHEL's Kustaa Lahikainen was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A hard shot 43 in the game by Leonard Tyski from a close distance when the talented Kustaa Lahikainen managed to make a qualified save. ST. MICHEL's players were relieved. In the 44th match minute, FC Menetelmä was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alvi Santahuhta to maneuver through the defense. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leonard Tyski was the one to do the kick off. After 52 played minutes ST. MICHEL got a freekick which was hit by Aaro Gustafsson. Manne Uotila kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. When Hemminki Johansson fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ST. MICHEL's protests and gave Hemminki Johansson a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, ST. MICHEL's Hemminki Johansson got a free kick in the 58th minute. Vilho Lindberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hemminki Johansson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 63 minutes into the match, Leonard Tyski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kustaa Lahikainen. ST. MICHEL's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Leonard Tyski was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. FC Menetelmä's Leonard Tyski got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonard Tyski in the 75th minute of play forced ST. MICHEL's goalkeeper Kustaa Lahikainen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kustaa Lahikainen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonard Tyski in the 77th minute of play. Kustaa Lahikainen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patrik Paaso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 81st minute Leonard Tyski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kustaa Lahikainen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in ST. MICHEL's zone, Patrik Paaso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kustaa Lahikainen came out of the goal and Patrik Paaso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FC Menetelmä made a substitution. Onni Hytönen replaced Patrik Paaso. MICHEL's goalkeeper Kustaa Lahikainen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Onni Hytönen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 94 minutes into the game, Leonard Tyski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Kustaa Lahikainen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the referee ended the match the FC Menetelmä players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
