Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hannu Huokko started the match with the kick off. After 13 played minutes SC Gunners got a freekick which was hit by Alfred Pylkäs. Aapeli Lahtela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hannu Huokko in the 16th minute of play. In the 21st match minute, Kokkoaho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ossi Luhtimaa to maneuver through the defense. Aapeli Lahtela acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 22nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Arho Kiviranta. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kokkoaho's goalkeeper Aapeli Lahtela, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Kokkoaho's Aapeli Lahtela got control of the ball when Matti Manneroos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kokkoaho's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Hannu Huokko 30 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. When Matti Manneroos came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the SC Gunners fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matti Manneroos couldn't finish the play. Aapeli Lahtela showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hannu Huokko, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pauli Kalto was the one to do the kick off. Hannu Huokko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aapeli Lahtela having to interfere. Terho Jansson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Miikka Vauhkonen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benjamin Askolin kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. 60 minutes into the game, Pauli Kalto recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Miikka Vauhkonen. Pauli Kalto showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. A collision led to Kokkoaho getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Kaarle Masalin hit a great ball. Hannu Huokko scored 2-1 in the 73rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aapeli Lahtela, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 79th minute, Eero Moskuvaara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kokkoaho's Aapeli Lahtela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hannu Huokko in the 83rd minute of play.
