Pellervo Heinikallio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Leo Takavirta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valentin Viander having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Amurin Tiikerit FC's zone, Jussi Vuorio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valentin Viander came out of the goal and Jussi Vuorio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 19 minutes into the match, Amurin Tiikerit FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jussi Vuorio came free, but Valentin Viander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leo Takavirta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Valentin Viander made a huge save. Timo Korkeakoski kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Valentin Viander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leo Takavirta, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jussi Vuorio in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Valentin Viander prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 1-1 became the score in the 34th minute when Jussi Vuorio elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leo Takavirta got free with Valentin Viander in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 48 minutes into the game, Jussi Vuorio lined in a short shot 2-1 behind a frustrated Valentin Viander. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jussi Vuorio was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jukka-Pekka Airisto got free with Pellervo Heinikallio in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Aatu Pihlanen fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Östrabyugo IFK's protests and gave Aatu Pihlanen a yellow card for diving instead. In the 55th minute, Aatu Pihlanen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jussi Vuorio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 70thth minute of the game Jussi Vuorio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Amurin Tiikerit FC's Valentin Viander was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Amurin Tiikerit FC's Valentin Viander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jussi Vuorio in the 72nd minute of play. Pellervo Heinikallio was out of position in the 74 minute of play, and Ale Piekkanen capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ale Piekkanen really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. Valentin Viander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jussi Vuorio, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. In the 86th minute, Aatu Pihlanen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Östrabyugo IFK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. In the 95th match minute, Östrabyugo IFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Timo Korkeakoski to maneuver through the defense. Jukka-Pekka Airisto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Antti Virta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 99th minute of the match, but Pellervo Heinikallio made a huge save. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Östrabyugo IFK fans cheered their team off the field, for while Amurin Tiikerit FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
