Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Arto Nylund kicked off to start the match. Trastmossen IFK's Aadolf Koskenkorva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reko Puistola in the 3rd minute of play. Reko Puistola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Aadolf Koskenkorva stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Esko Tammisto's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Esko Tammisto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Reko Puistola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aadolf Koskenkorva having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arto Nylund in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marko Valkama prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Marko Valkama made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Heikki Kuuri sent off a good shot on target. In the 28th minute, Heinolahti's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Heikki Kuuri fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When Esko Reimari fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Trastmossen IFK's protests and gave Esko Reimari a yellow card for diving instead. In the 30th match minute, Trastmossen IFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Esko Reimari to maneuver through the defense. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Trastmossen IFK's goalkeeper Aadolf Koskenkorva, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 37 minutes into the match, Trastmossen IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Esko Tammisto came free, but Aadolf Koskenkorva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Esko Tammisto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aadolf Koskenkorva was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. Antero Ruohiainen kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. After having played for 49 minutes, Reko Puistola managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Heinolahti's supporters crossed their fingers, but Reko Puistola was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Esko Tammisto to strike the kick off in the second half. Jorma Brinck kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Ossi Rantamaa charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ossi Rantamaa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Reko Puistola who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 58thth minute tested the skills of Aadolf Koskenkorva when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Reijo Martikainen's late challenge caught a Heinolahti's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Reijo Martikainen helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Trastmossen IFK getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Reijo Martikainen hit a great ball. Marko Valkama took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Heikki Kuuri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Reko Puistola could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Aadolf Koskenkorva made a huge save. In the 74th minute Esko Tammisto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aadolf Koskenkorva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Esko Tammisto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Reko Puistola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Reko Puistola could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Aadolf Koskenkorva made a huge save. If Esko Tammisto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aadolf Koskenkorva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esko Tammisto in the 85th minute of play. Marko Valkama made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arto Nylund in the 88th minute of play. Aadolf Koskenkorva didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 90th minute, which inside left pole to 0-2. Marko Valkama came out of the goal in the 98th minute to try and stop a shot by Trastmossen IFK's Arto Nylund. But to his dismay, Arto Nylund quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. The Trastmossen IFK supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Heinolahti's performance. The match ended with a win for Heinolahti.
