Jarkko Teräs in the 6thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Aadolf Koskenkorva, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arto Nylund in the 8th minute of play forced Rattosjärvi's goalkeeper Urmas Vappula to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Jarkko Teräs could shoot a difficult shot in the 10th minute, which Aadolf Koskenkorva however easily saved by the left post. Aadolf Koskenkorva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tuukka Poikolainen, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. In the 12th minute, Tuukka Poikolainen reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Aadolf Koskenkorva. The goal made the score 1-0. 23 minutes into the game, one of Rattosjärvi:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Trastmossen IFK's Aadolf Koskenkorva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tuukka Poikolainen in the 30th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Trastmossen IFK's goalkeeper Aadolf Koskenkorva had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jarkko Teräs. Trastmossen IFK's Aadolf Koskenkorva played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tuukka Poikolainen in the 40th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alpi Rajamäki during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jarkko Teräs could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Aadolf Koskenkorva made a huge save. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tuukka Poikolainen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Aadolf Koskenkorva stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jarkko Teräs's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Rattosjärvi's Jarkko Teräs got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Rattosjärvi's Tuukka Poikolainen, in the 58th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Rattosjärvi. The audience was convinced that Tuukka Poikolainen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aadolf Koskenkorva was relentless in the 60th minute of the game. Jarkko Teräs might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aadolf Koskenkorva. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Urmas Vappula made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arto Nylund in the 82nd minute of play. In the 86th minute, Tuukka Poikolainen made a precise shot to the right of Aadolf Koskenkorva. Trastmossen IFK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. 93 minutes into the match, Trastmossen IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Juha-Pekka Myllykoski came free, but Aadolf Koskenkorva reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 95 minutes, Jarkko Teräs managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rattosjärvi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jarkko Teräs was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee ended the match the Rattosjärvi players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
