Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ali Peltola started the match with the kick off. The referee felt a red card was in order, 9 minutes into the game, when Jeremias Brinck put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 8th minute of the game. One of Fesbra:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Loviisa:s goal. Paavo Moskuvaara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anton Raisanen in the 13th minute of play. Paavo Moskuvaara didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joonas Strömberg went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Pertti Sorsa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ali Peltola in the 18th minute of the match. Ali Peltola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fesbra's Paavo Moskuvaara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joonas Strömberg in the 23rd minute of play. In the 25th minute Samuli Kaukomaa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paavo Moskuvaara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 26th minute Kuisma Willman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paavo Moskuvaara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ali Peltola received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Pertti Sorsa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 29th minute, Kuisma Willman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ali Peltola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kuisma Willman hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. In the 34th minute of the match Fesbra got a corner. Loviisa's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Väinö Nylund ran over to the corner to take the kick. Kuisma Willman took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paavo Moskuvaara. Paavo Moskuvaara dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Paavo Moskuvaara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joonas Strömberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 47th minute Joonas Strömberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paavo Moskuvaara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Loviisa were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Samuli Kaukomaa made a kick off. Vilho Eronen kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Paavo Moskuvaara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Samuli Kaukomaa, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joonas Strömberg got free with Paavo Moskuvaara in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 57th minute Isko Lähteenmäki suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. After 57 minutes, Konstantin Liimatainen mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Loviisa and the Fesbra players grew even worse after the yellow card. Konstantin Liimatainen kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Paavo Kuhta kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Fesbra's zone, Valdemar Reinikka stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paavo Moskuvaara came out of the goal and Valdemar Reinikka tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 66 minutes into the game, Loviisa's Joonas Strömberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Paavo Moskuvaara made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. Teppo Hannukainen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pertti Sorsa having to interfere. After 79 minutes, Johannes Hedberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Loviisa and the Fesbra players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 79th match minute, Loviisa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Johannes Hedberg to maneuver through the defense. Fesbra's defense didn't have a chance, in the 81st minute, when Samuli Kaukomaa scored to the left of an out of position Paavo Moskuvaara, making the score, 1-5. Joonas Strömberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paavo Moskuvaara having to interfere. Teppo Hannukainen was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 86th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Pertti Sorsa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ali Peltola in the 90th minute of the match. The corner led Fesbra's Väinö Nylund to fire away a dangerous shot which Pertti Sorsa despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Vilho Eronen might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pertti Sorsa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vilho Eronen ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 95th minute, Ali Peltola got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Loviisa walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
