FC Bardridlan C.F's Kaarlo Loikala played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Atro Heinikangas in the 14th minute of play. If Eerik Pitkämäki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 17th match minute, FC Bardridlan C.F was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaron Somervuori to maneuver through the defense. Ismo Kuusela took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 18th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kaarlo Loikala. FC Bardridlan C.F's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Eerik Pitkämäki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kaarlo Loikala having to interfere. The supporters of Jääskä booed when FC Bardridlan C.F was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaakoppi Määttä didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ismo Kuusela, 22 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. When Jari Kemppainen came up free with the goalie in the 30th minute, the FC Bardridlan C.F fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jari Kemppainen couldn't finish the play. Eerik Pitkämäki sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Eerik Pitkämäki's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kaarlo Loikala was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. In the 41st minute, Atro Heinikangas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Atro Heinikangas made a kick off. Tomi Rahikainen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Riku Pihlanen having to interfere. Jaakoppi Määttä got his second yellow card in the match during the 57th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Atro Heinikangas succeeded in the game's 61st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-2. Riku Pihlanen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jari Kemppainen, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eerik Pitkämäki got free with Kaarlo Loikala in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in FC Bardridlan C.F's zone, Atro Heinikangas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kaarlo Loikala came out of the goal and Atro Heinikangas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jari Kemppainen scored 1-2 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Riku Pihlanen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 90 minutes into the match, FC Bardridlan C.F's goalkeeper Kaarlo Loikala had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eerik Pitkämäki. Eerik Pitkämäki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Kaarlo Loikala made a huge save. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Atro Heinikangas couldn't finish the play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Jääskä eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
