Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Erkki Nikkinen made the kick off which started today's match. Hiirenmaa's Aadolf Hannukainen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sylvesteri Jussila in the 12th minute of play. Kai Kurri hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eero Huhtiniemi during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 15th minute, Eero Huhtiniemi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Myhkyvi FC's Erkki Nikkinen got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 20 minutes of play, Myhkyvi FC's Timo Ilola made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aadolf Hannukainen was left in no man's land by his defense there! Timo Ilola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aadolf Hannukainen having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timo Ilola in the 25th minute of play forced Hiirenmaa's goalkeeper Aadolf Hannukainen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28th minute, Taavi Eerola hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 36 minutes into the game, Hiirenmaa's Kai Kurri nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Petri Lönnblad made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 46th minute, Erkki Nikkinen made a precise shot to the right of Aadolf Hannukainen. Hiirenmaa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. The Hiirenmaa players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Myhkyvi FC were winning 1-2.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Juhapekka Itäluoma to strike the kick off in the second half. Petri Lönnblad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juhapekka Itäluoma, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Juhapekka Itäluoma recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Petri Lönnblad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tero Vihermäki, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Timo Ilola recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Erkki Nikkinen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 71st minute of the match Aaron Kukkamäki shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aadolf Hannukainen showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 76th minute Erkki Nikkinen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aadolf Hannukainen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Hiirenmaa getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Kai Kurri hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Myhkyvi FC's zone, Juhapekka Itäluoma stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Petri Lönnblad came out of the goal and Juhapekka Itäluoma tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Timo Ilola sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eero Huhtiniemi kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Myhkyvi FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
