Yrjö Heinola fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lasse Ruohiainen having to interfere. When Herrefors FC's Yrjö Heinola in the 11th minute got a chance for a shot 11th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 11th match minute, Herrefors FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tenho Perälä to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Herrefors FC's Tenho Perälä got a free kick in the 14th minute. After 17 minutes, Teppo Jokilahti mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los Vikingos dicen Adios and the Herrefors FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Teppo Jokilahti hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. After 30 played minutes Herrefors FC got a freekick which was hit by Tenho Perälä. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antti Uusikartano in the 35th minute of play forced Los Vikingos dicen Adios's goalkeeper Lasse Ruohiainen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. J.J Okocha kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Antti Uusikartano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lasse Ruohiainen having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The wind increased when Janne Harjula made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Herrefors FC's Antti Uusikartano got a free kick in the 58th minute. After 65 played minutes Los Vikingos dicen Adios got a freekick which was hit by Teppo Jokilahti. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yrjö Heinola in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lasse Ruohiainen saved Los Vikingos dicen Adios from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Yrjö Heinola managed to get in a good position for a shot. Herrefors FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Yrjö Heinola was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lasse Ruohiainen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 74 played minutes Los Vikingos dicen Adios got a freekick which was hit by Allan Suominen. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Janne Harjula during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Antti Uusikartano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 83rd minute, Tatu Lydman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lasse Ruohiainen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yrjö Heinola, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Herrefors FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
