Jyri Etula sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. PR Merkkausvirhe's Akseli Sulku played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henrikki Laamanen in the 59th minute of play. In the 60th match minute, PR Merkkausvirhe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tommi Palo to maneuver through the defense. Roope Pölönen was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 60th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Jyri Etula might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Miika Kevari. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jyri Etula ran back to his position shaking his head. Akseli Sulku showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aatos Riksman, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Aatos Riksman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Akseli Sulku tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Miika Kevari showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jyri Etula in the 82nd minute of the match. After having played for 86 minutes, Henrikki Laamanen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hanhelanperä's supporters crossed their fingers, but Henrikki Laamanen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Akseli Sulku stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aatos Riksman's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. 90 minutes into the game, Aatos Riksman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Akseli Sulku was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 96 played minutes Hanhelanperä got a freekick which was hit by Ahvo Kamppuri. For all the effort they put into the match, the PR Merkkausvirhe players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Hanhelanperä.
