Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Aatu Mikkonen started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Olli Koistinen came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Jukojärviasd's Vilhelm Jokinen. But to his dismay, Vilhelm Jokinen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Antero Porokara made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aulis Sorsa in the 12th minute. In the 13th minute Juuso Kuhta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antero Porokara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th match minute, Jukojärviasd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vilhelm Jokinen to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Jukojärviasd's Antero Porokara got control of the ball when Riku Riksman tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 20th minute Juuso Kuhta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antero Porokara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aatu Mikkonen in the 21st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Olli Koistinen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aadolf Piekkanen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olli Koistinen having to interfere. Antero Porokara made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Aulis Sorsa sent off a good shot on target. After 31 minutes, Erkki Hernesniemi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Puuluoto and the Jukojärviasd players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 31 played minutes Puuluoto got a freekick which was hit by Erkki Hernesniemi. In the 32nd minute, Aatu Mikkonen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jukojärviasd's Vilhelm Jokinen got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Aulis Sorsa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Puuluoto's supporters rose to their feet, but Aulis Sorsa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Antero Porokara breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Antero Porokara made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aulis Sorsa in the 46th minute. Alvar Rimpiläinen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olli Koistinen having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Juuso Kuhta to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Puuluoto's Jari Kopola got a free kick in the 60th minute. In the 67th minute, Vilhelm Jokinen made a precise shot to the right of Olli Koistinen. Puuluoto's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 71st minute of the match Anttoni Katila shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Olli Koistinen showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Vilhelm Jokinen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olli Koistinen having to interfere. If Alvar Rimpiläinen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Antero Porokara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juuso Kuhta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aatu Mikkonen in the 83rd minute of play forced Puuluoto's goalkeeper Olli Koistinen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 85 minutes, Sakari Myllykoski managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jukojärviasd's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sakari Myllykoski was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Riku Riksman's late challenge caught a Jukojärviasd's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Riku Riksman helped the player get up and apologised. After 87 played minutes Puuluoto got a freekick which was hit by Riku Riksman. Jukojärviasd's Aadolf Piekkanen got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Antero Porokara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aulis Sorsa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vilhelm Jokinen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Puuluoto's zone, Vilhelm Jokinen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olli Koistinen came out of the goal and Vilhelm Jokinen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jukojärviasd's Vilhelm Jokinen got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
