Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Moamen Abu Al Dahab got the match started through his kick off. Farouk Ali showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Taher Mahdy in the 3rd minute of the match. If Rabie Rabie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 5 minutes into the match, Taher Mahdy had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Farouk Ali. Mintay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Taher Mahdy was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Salah el din Ibrahim was a little too slow when Moamen Abu Al Dahab got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 9th minute. The score was now 1-1. Salah el din Ibrahim made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Monzer Mohanad sent off a good shot on target. When Talaat Shawky fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hamaqah's protests and gave Talaat Shawky a yellow card for diving instead. Talaat Shawky hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Zaky El-Husany hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Monzer Mohanad got free with Salah el din Ibrahim in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The attack was good, but when Taher Mahdy in the 28th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. A collision led to Mintay getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Zaky El-Husany hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Taher Mahdy in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Farouk Ali saved Mintay from getting behind. In the 34th minute of the match, Moamen Abu Al Dahab tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Salah el din Ibrahim saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Moamen Abu Al Dahab sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Moamen Abu Al Dahab fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Salah el din Ibrahim having to interfere. Taher Mahdy struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Farouk Ali didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hamaqah. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rabie Rabie made a kick off. If Taher Mahdy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. Salah el din Ibrahim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moamen Abu Al Dahab in the 55th minute of play. Moamen Abu Al Dahab blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Salah el din Ibrahim having to make a save. Hamaqah's Talaat Shawky got his second yellow card of the match in the 58th minute. The referee ordered Talaat Shawky off the ground. After 59 played minutes Hamaqah got a freekick which was hit by Talaat Shawky. Monzer Mohanad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Salah el din Ibrahim having to interfere. Moamen Abu Al Dahab sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Hamaqah's Salah el din Ibrahim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Monzer Mohanad in the 89th minute of play. Monzer Mohanad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Monzer Mohanad fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Salah el din Ibrahim having to interfere. In the 96th minute Moamen Abu Al Dahab shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salah el din Ibrahim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
