Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Waheed Ramzy made the kick off and thus started the match. Mubarak Darweesh took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mahgoub Safwat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Taher Fikry showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abbas El-Ghandour, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. In the 11th minute, Mahgoub Safwat fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 16thth minute of the game Waheed Ramzy who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Unaybis's Taher Fikry was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 18th minute, Abbas El-Ghandour hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 21st match minute, Samul was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karam Mustafa to maneuver through the defense. Hamada Reda hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Mahgoub Safwat took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mubarak Darweesh. Mubarak Darweesh dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. A collision led to Unaybis getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Saeed Kamel hit a great ball. In the 38th minute of the match Fareed Fikry shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Taher Fikry showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 40th minute of the match, Bahaa El-Husany got a very nice opportunity to score, but Mubarak Darweesh was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. A collision led to Samul getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Zaky Barakat hit a great ball. Mahgoub Safwat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bahaa El-Husany fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mubarak Darweesh having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mahgoub Safwat to strike the kick off in the second half. Waheed Ramzy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Waheed Ramzy in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Taher Fikry saved Unaybis from getting behind. Mubarak Darweesh showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mahgoub Safwat, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. During the 67th minute of the match Zaky Barakat completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Zaky Barakat a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Samul getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Zaky Barakat hit a great ball. The supporters of Samul booed when Unaybis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mahgoub Safwat didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Yehia Hafez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Unaybis's supporters rose to their feet, but Yehia Hafez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mubarak Darweesh breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 85 minutes into the game, Abbas El-Ghandour cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Taher Fikry was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Abbas El-Ghandour had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bahaa El-Husany received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Mubarak Darweesh tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Unaybis walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
