Simman's Mubarak Maged played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hossam Shaker in the 13th minute of play. Sobhy Fahmy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Basyouny Samy, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Lateef Mido could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Sobhy Fahmy made a huge save. Adel Kamel might have been able to make a better finish in the 78th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mubarak Maged. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Adel Kamel ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Bahnamoh's zone, Mourad El-hadary stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sobhy Fahmy came out of the goal and Mourad El-hadary tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 84 played minutes Bahnamoh got a freekick which was hit by Salah Mahgoub. Bahnamoh's Sobhy Fahmy played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lateef Mido in the 86th minute of play.
