Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Mostafa Yehia took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Mubarak Abu Mosallam had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 8 played minutes Rizqalla got a freekick which was hit by Darweesh Faisal. After recieving a nice pass, Imbabah's Sabry Sobhy tried to score from far away in the 8th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Thabit Salah made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Anwar Basem sent off a good shot on target. Mostafa Yehia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 19 minutes into the match, Rizqalla's goal looked a bit too open when Mubarak Abu Mosallam came free, but Thabit Salah reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Darweesh Faisal during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Darweesh Faisal hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Barakat Galal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Thabit Salah tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 30th minute of the game. One of Rizqalla:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Imbabah:s goal. 35 minutes into the match, Rizqalla's goal looked a bit too open when Barakat Galal came free, but Thabit Salah reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mubarak Abu Mosallam's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Thabit Salah read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Imbabah's Barakat Galal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Thabit Salah narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Imbabah's zone, Anwar Basem stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thabit Salah came out of the goal and Anwar Basem tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Barakat Galal made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Rizqalla's goal looked a bit too open when Barakat Galal came free, but Thabit Salah reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anwar Basem fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thabit Salah having to interfere. If Barakat Galal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yasser Serag in the 70th minute of play forced Rizqalla's goalkeeper Thabit Salah to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Yasser Serag fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Imbabah's protests and gave Yasser Serag a yellow card for diving instead. In the 70th minute, Yasser Serag hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thabit Salah showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mostafa Yehia in the 79th minute of the match. Barakat Galal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thabit Salah having to interfere. The supporters of Rizqalla booed when Imbabah was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sabry Sobhy didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Anwar Basem came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Rizqalla fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anwar Basem couldn't finish the play. Mubarak Abu Mosallam fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thabit Salah having to interfere. Imbabah played a much better game than Rizqalla and deserved their victory. The Rizqalla players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
