After 6 minutes of play, Italya's Bakr Basel made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. When Barakat Ramy fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Italya's protests and gave Barakat Ramy a yellow card for diving instead. Barakat Ramy hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. In the 36th minute, Hamza Faisal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kamel Mazhar kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. In the 42nd minute, Sabry Ameen sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Italya's Fahmy Riad didn't even have to move.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Barakat Ramy in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ali Maher prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 52 minutes into the match, Italya's goal looked a bit too open when Salah Alaa came free, but Fahmy Riad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abdou Ashraf sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kamel Mazhar's late challenge caught a Nabtit's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kamel Mazhar helped the player get up and apologised. In the 62ndth minute of the game Salah Alaa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Italya's Fahmy Riad was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Abdou Ashraf fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fahmy Riad having to interfere. Ali Maher was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Barakat Ramy showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 76 minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Barakat Ramy in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ali Maher saved Nabtit from getting behind. After 81 played minutes Nabtit got a freekick which was hit by Ashraf El-Sakka. Bakr Basel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Barakat Ramy in the 84th minute of play forced Nabtit's goalkeeper Ali Maher to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Barakat Ramy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Barakat Ramy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ali Maher having to interfere. Nabtit's Ali Maher played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Barakat Ramy in the 93rd minute of play. Italya's Barakat Ramy got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
