Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Islam Refaat made the kick off which started today's match. Kordy Zidan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bahaa Adham, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. In the 7th minute, Medhat Ghanem hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zagloul Seddeq's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Mohanad Sallam firmly grabbed it by the left post. 13 minutes into the game, Islam Refaat recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Mohanad Sallam. Islam Refaat showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. A collision led to Zarqun getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Medhat Ghanem hit a great ball. A hard shot 19 in the game by Zagloul Seddeq from a close distance when the talented Mohanad Sallam managed to make a qualified save. Nusrah's players were relieved. After 20 played minutes Islam Refaat rounded Nusrah's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. Islam Refaat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Mohanad Sallam tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Nusrah's Gaafar Othman got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Seddeq El-Shater, 34 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Zarqun's Kordy Zidan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ezz Mamdouh in the 38th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Ezz Mamdouh managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nusrah's supporters rose to their feet, but Ezz Mamdouh was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kordy Zidan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zagloul Seddeq's late challenge caught a Nusrah's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zagloul Seddeq helped the player get up and apologised. Zagloul Seddeq hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Zarqun defense, Ezz Mamdouh kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kordy Zidan. The Zarqun fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kordy Zidan should have stopped the shot.
Mohanad Sallam took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zagloul Seddeq, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nusrah's Mohanad Sallam played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Islam Refaat in the 57th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Bahaa Adham kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Kordy Zidan. That made the score 2-2 in the 58 minute of play. Bahaa Adham sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nusrah's Bahaa Adham got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mohanad Sallam took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zagloul Seddeq, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ezz Mamdouh fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kordy Zidan having to interfere. Gaafar Othman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kordy Zidan having to interfere. Kordy Zidan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bahaa Adham went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. Nusrah were awarded a corner in the 87th minute after Zarqun's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Baher Mido took the corner. After a defensive mix-up in Nusrah's zone, Zagloul Seddeq stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mohanad Sallam came out of the goal and Zagloul Seddeq tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Islam Refaat's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mohanad Sallam read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ezz Mamdouh got free with Kordy Zidan in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The Zarqun supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Nusrah's performance. The match ended with a win for Nusrah.
