Bahaa Adham took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Safwat Fahmy. Safwat Fahmy dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. The supporters of Nusrah booed when Bulush was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mortada Talaat didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 17th minute, Rateb Shady got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mohanad Sallam made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rateb Shady in the 20th minute of play. Nusrah's Mohanad Sallam played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rateb Shady in the 25th minute of play. The supporters of Nusrah booed when Bulush was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amr Ramy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Safwat Fahmy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ezz Mamdouh, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Mohanad Sallam took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rateb Shady, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bulush's goalkeeper Safwat Fahmy, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ezz Mamdouh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 2-0 became the score in the 43rd minute when Gaafar Othman elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ezz Mamdouh made a kick off. Ezz Mamdouh fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Safwat Fahmy having to interfere. If Bahaa Adham had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 66 minutes into the match, Bulush's goal looked a bit too open when Bahaa Adham came free, but Safwat Fahmy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 74 played minutes Rateb Shady rounded Nusrah's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1. The Bulush fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Safwat Fahmy should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Ezz Mamdouh managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nusrah's supporters rose to their feet, but Ezz Mamdouh was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Safwat Fahmy breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Abdel Wahab Zidan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Nusrah had won after a very even match.
