Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Osama Mahmoud started the match with the kick off. With a little luck, Dakkudah's Lateef El-Saeed got control of the ball when Qasem Medhat tried to sneak it across the goal line. Saleh Waheed's late challenge caught a Dakkudah's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Saleh Waheed helped the player get up and apologised. After 10 played minutes Shamandil got a freekick which was hit by Saleh Waheed. Qasem Nassef took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Moataz El-Sakka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Moataz El-Sakka received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Qasem Nassef tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nedal Waheed in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Qasem Nassef saved Shamandil from getting behind. 0-1 became the score in the 25th minute when Moataz El-Sakka elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. If Moataz El-Sakka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Dakkudah's Moataz El-Sakka in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Shamandil's goalie prevented a goal. Lateef El-Saeed made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Osama Mahmoud in the 36th minute of play. Qasem Medhat fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lateef El-Saeed having to interfere. Lateef El-Saeed showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osama Mahmoud in the 41st minute of the match. The supporters of Dakkudah booed when Shamandil was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Shehab Ezzat didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 47 minutes, Osama Mahmoud managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Shamandil's supporters crossed their fingers, but Osama Mahmoud was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Moataz El-Sakka was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Shamandil's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Kamouna Tarek fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Desouqy Mortada, 57 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 61 minutes into the match, Shamandil's goal looked a bit too open when Moataz El-Sakka came free, but Qasem Nassef reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Shamandil's defense didn't have a chance, in the 62nd minute, when Moataz El-Sakka scored to the left of an out of position Qasem Nassef, making the score, 0-2. When Moataz El-Sakka came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the Dakkudah fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Moataz El-Sakka couldn't finish the play. Qasem Medhat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 76th minute Qasem Medhat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lateef El-Saeed saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 77th minute, Islam Abdel Hameed hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Moataz El-Sakka had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nedal Waheed's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 83rdth minute, Qasem Nassef skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Dakkudah's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
