Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Hamdy Abu Al Dahab took the kick off in the first half of the match. Ayman Qasem received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 4th minute. Farouk Hassan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ayman Qasem in the 7th minute of play forced Damanhour's goalkeeper Farouk Hassan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th minute Ayman Qasem shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Farouk Hassan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Almay's Kamel Waheed got a free kick in the 31st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ali Fadel in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ahmed Saad prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abdel Monsef Ameen got free with Ahmed Saad in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the Damanhour defense, Hamdy Abu Al Dahab kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Farouk Hassan. The Damanhour fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Farouk Hassan should have stopped the shot. The Damanhour players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Almay were winning 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ali Fadel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Almay's goal looked a bit too open when Ali Fadel came free, but Ahmed Saad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Hamdy Abu Al Dahab had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hamdy Abu Al Dahab in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Farouk Hassan saved Damanhour from getting behind. A collision led to Damanhour getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Seif Aebeed hit a great ball. Ahmed Saad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdel Monsef Ameen, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Ayman Qasems short, quick shot in the 70thth minute got Farouk Hassan to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Damanhour's Farouk Hassan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Damanhour from getting a goal against them. Damanhour's defense didn't have a chance, in the 71st minute, when Ayman Qasem scored to the left of an out of position Farouk Hassan, making the score, 0-3. If Hamdy Abu Al Dahab had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Almay's Hamdy Abu Al Dahab slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Farouk Hassan. That made the score 0-4 after 95 minutes of play.
