Medhat Abdel Wahab hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Akoris's Zaky Yousry got a free kick in the 14th minute. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Akoris's goalkeeper Talaat Abdel Wahab, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Talaat Abdel Wahab showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Taha Nayef in the 16th minute of the match. Gomaa Desouqy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alaa Gaser showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Metwaly Kareem, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. When Medhat Abdel Wahab was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 24 minutes had been played. A collision led to Samadun getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Medhat Abdel Wahab hit a great ball. Akoris's Zaky Yousry couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 26th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Samadun. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Ghanem Zidan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Samadun's supporters rose to their feet, but Ghanem Zidan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Talaat Abdel Wahab breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Samadun's Ghanem Zidan got a free kick in the 34th minute. Gomaa Desouqy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Alaa Gaser tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alaa Gaser showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Metwaly Kareem in the 39th minute of the match. Talaat Abdel Wahab made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Ghanem Zidan sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 43 minutes, Gomaa Desouqy managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Akoris's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gomaa Desouqy was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alaa Gaser showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Metwaly Kareem in the 45th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Metwaly Kareem in the 48th minute of play forced Samadun's goalkeeper Alaa Gaser to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ghanem Zidan to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gomaa Desouqy got free with Alaa Gaser in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alaa Gaser showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Metwaly Kareem in the 57th minute of the match. Nagy Fahmy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Alaa Gaser tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
