Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Ramez Qasem made the kick off which started today's match. If Gameel Fayez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mido Ramy hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. When Waheed Thabit came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Gibeil fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Waheed Thabit couldn't finish the play. Mubarak Fareed took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ismail Nader. Ismail Nader dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Ismail Nader showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramez Qasem, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. When Gameel Fayez came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Menuf fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gameel Fayez couldn't finish the play. Mido Ramy kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. If Seif Sameeh had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ramez Qasem recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ismail Nader took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Waheed Thabit, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ismail Nader stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ramez Qasem's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Nagy El-Domani kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Ramez Qasem fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ismail Nader having to interfere. Gibeil's defense didn't have a chance, in the 43rd minute, when Mido Ramy scored to the left of an out of position Raouf Hanafy, making the score, 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mido Ramy made a kick off. Maher Basem kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Waheed Thabit sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 56th minute, Mido Ramy ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Raouf Hanafy was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Mido Ramy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Raouf Hanafy came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Menuf's Mido Ramy. But to his dismay, Mido Ramy quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. If Gameel Fayez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Raouf Hanafy showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gameel Fayez, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. After 76 played minutes Gibeil got a freekick which was hit by Mubarak Fareed. Menuf's Waheed Zaky couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 77th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Gibeil. In the 78th minute, Batran Basyouny hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mido Ramy struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Raouf Hanafy didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Menuf. Nagy El-Domani received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Raouf Hanafy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
