Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mohanad Ezz started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Seddeq Shawky in the 7th minute of play forced Tira's goalkeeper Fathy Yassine to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Tira defense, Seddeq Shawky kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fathy Yassine. The Tira fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fathy Yassine should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Kirdasa's Mortada Sabry got a free kick in the 10th minute. Ameer Abbas was out of position in the 13 minute of play, and Mohanad Ezz capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Mohanad Ezz really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Mohanad Ezz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wael Mubarak in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fathy Yassine prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fathy Yassine took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Seddeq Shawky, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Essam Haitham recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 31 minutes into the match, Mohanad Ezz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ameer Abbas, 2-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Mohanad Ezz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tira's supporters rose to their feet, but Mohanad Ezz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ameer Abbas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Essam Haitham blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ameer Abbas having to make a save. Essam Haitham received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Ameer Abbas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wael Mubarak to make the kick off. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Kirdasa's goalkeeper Ameer Abbas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tira's Fathy Yassine played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wael Mubarak in the 70th minute of play. After 71 played minutes Tira got a freekick which was hit by Sobhy Hussien. Seddeq Shawky kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. In the 80th match minute, Kirdasa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Salah Abu Bakr to maneuver through the defense. In the 81st minute of the match Baher Ali sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ameer Abbas skillfully saved the ball. When Mahmoud Zaky fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kirdasa's protests and gave Mahmoud Zaky a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Tira booed when Kirdasa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mahmoud Zaky didn't get a good kick on the ball. Essam Haitham fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ameer Abbas having to interfere. Ramez Ezz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Seddeq Shawkys short, quick shot in the 98thth minute got Fathy Yassine to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Tira were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Kirdasa for a fine match.
