In the 20th minute Rateb Thabit shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mahgoub Nayef saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 22 played minutes Halawa's Aebeed Medhat stole the ball from his opponents and shot the ball towards the upper left corner, but Nasir Ramadan stretched himself as far as he could, and stopped the ball from passing the line. robbing Mutubis of the goal. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rateb Thabit stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aebeed Medhat in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nasir Ramadan saved Mutubis from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Mutubis's Mubarak Ibrahim got a free kick in the 56th minute. Rateb Thabit fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mahgoub Nayef having to interfere. Halawa's Mahgoub Nayef played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rateb Thabit in the 65th minute of play. If Rateb Thabit had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yehia El-Sayed's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 70thth minute, Mahgoub Nayef skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. If Sallam Emam had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Rateb Thabit managed to get in a good position for a shot.
