Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Serag Fahmy in the 2nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Faisal Kamouna prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 6th match minute, Arminna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Maher Ramez to maneuver through the defense. 7 minutes into the game, Kareem Salah was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Arminna's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Abbasa the free kick. In the 7th match minute, Arminna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kareem Salah to maneuver through the defense. Abbasa's Ayoub Hazem couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 8th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Arminna. Arminna's Medhat Serag couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 14th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Abbasa. When Ismail Metwaly fell near the penalty area in the 15th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Abbasa's protests and gave Ismail Metwaly a yellow card for diving instead. Ismail Metwaly hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. In the 17th minute, Hanafy Yehia ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kamal El-Yamani was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. A collision led to Arminna getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Medhat Serag hit a great ball. Hisham Waheed struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Kamal El-Yamani didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arminna. If Maher Nagy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 34 played minutes Abbasa got a freekick which was hit by Hussien Moheb. Medhat Serag was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 34th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Wael Ziyad struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Kamal El-Yamani didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arminna. Hisham Waheed fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kamal El-Yamani having to interfere. Hisham Waheed charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hisham Waheed the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 41st match minute, Arminna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hisham Waheed to maneuver through the defense. In the 43rd minute, Maher Nagy got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Maher Nagy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
Hisham Waheed fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kamal El-Yamani having to interfere. Hisham Waheed might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kamal El-Yamani. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hisham Waheed ran back to his position shaking his head. After 59 minutes, Medhat Serag mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Arminna and the Abbasa players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 59 played minutes Arminna got a freekick which was hit by Medhat Serag. The audience held their breath when Amgad Mowafak in the 61st minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Faisal Kamouna's left hand side. Serag Fahmy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 65 played minutes Arminna got a freekick which was hit by Hanafy Yehia. Hisham Waheed recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Abbasa's Kamal El-Yamani got control of the ball when Hisham Waheed tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 78th minute Kareem Salah shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kamal El-Yamani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 81st minute, Kareem Salah got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hisham Waheed scored 1-2 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kamal El-Yamani, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Faisal Kamouna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serag Fahmy, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Faisal Kamouna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Serag Fahmy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
