Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Farouk Saad kicked off to start the match. Hawwarah's Barakat Mortada played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saad Bakr in the 7th minute of play. Saad Bakr took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Barakat Mortada. Barakat Mortada dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Saad Bakr sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Farouk Saad hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Barakat Mortada stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Saad Bakr's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Hamada Kamel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Safwat Karam having to interfere. In the 25th minute, Amgad Kamouna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Hamada Kamel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Barakat Mortada showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saad Bakr, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Farouk Saad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ma`jun's Safwat Karam proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Ma`jun from getting a goal against them. Ma`jun's Safwat Karam played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Farouk Saad in the 38th minute of play. Barakat Mortada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amgad Kamouna in the 41st minute of the match. Hamada Kamel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Safwat Karam tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Hawwarah players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ma`jun were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Saad Bakr to make the kick off. Mubarak Hafez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Safwat Karam having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Farouk Saad in the 55th minute of play forced Ma`jun's goalkeeper Safwat Karam to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Farouk Saad spun around in front of the goal 56 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Ma`jun's goal. The audience was convinced that Farouk Saad's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Safwat Karam was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. If Farouk Saad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Farouk Saad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Safwat Karam tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Farouk Saad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Hawwarah's Amgad Ahmed got a free kick in the 77th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Amgad Kamouna got free with Barakat Mortada in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Abdel Hameed Ashraf fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hawwarah's protests and gave Abdel Hameed Ashraf a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Ma`jun booed when Hawwarah was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abdel Hameed Ashraf didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 88 minutes of play, Ma`jun's Amgad Kamouna made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Barakat Mortada was left in no man's land by his defense there! Safwat Karam took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Farouk Saad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Ma`jun walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
