Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Ziyad Essam started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. If Seif Reda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Abdel Hameed Ashraf fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hawwarah's protests and gave Abdel Hameed Ashraf a yellow card for diving instead. Abdel Hameed Ashraf hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Shaker Yousry received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Barakat Mortada tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Shaker Yousry in the 17thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Barakat Mortada, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 20th match minute, Istanha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Haitham Omar to maneuver through the defense. Hamada Kamel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fares Nassef having to make a save. Desouqy Seif hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. When Farouk Saad came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Hawwarah fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Farouk Saad couldn't finish the play. Farouk Saad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Seif Reda hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. 48 minutes into the game, Ziyad Essam recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Barakat Mortada. Ziyad Essam showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Farouk Saad was the one to do the kick off. Farouk Saad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Fares Nassef tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Hawwarah booed when Istanha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nader Bahaa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Reda Kareem, 60 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Farouk Saad received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fares Nassef came out and tried to block the shot, but Farouk Saad slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 62nd minute. Ziyad Essam sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Farouk Saad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Fares Nassef tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ziyad Essam fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Barakat Mortada having to interfere. In the 85th minute, Shaker Yousry ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Barakat Mortada was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. When Reda Kareem fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hawwarah's protests and gave Reda Kareem a yellow card for diving instead. Reda Kareem kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Barakat Mortada came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Istanha's Nader Bahaa. But to his dismay, Nader Bahaa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. 96 minutes into the match, Hawwarah's goal looked a bit too open when Ziyad Essam came free, but Barakat Mortada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 97 minutes, Shaker Yousry managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Istanha's supporters crossed their fingers, but Shaker Yousry was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Istanha's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
