The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Salem El-Sakka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Atef Kamel in the 8th minute of the match. Jairo Ortzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A hard shot 13 in the game by Shehta Marwan from a close distance when the talented Cristobal Astigar managed to make a qualified save. mnsmas's players were relieved. In the 22nd minute Sallam Nassef shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristobal Astigar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 24 minutes, Shehta Marwan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. mohamedshahin's supporters crossed their fingers, but Shehta Marwan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 26th minute, Shehta Marwan reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Cristobal Astigar. The goal made the score 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in mnsmas's zone, Sallam Nassef stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristobal Astigar came out of the goal and Sallam Nassef tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The mnsmas fans' excitement grew in the 37th match minute when mnsmas's Amerigo Pietropaolo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. mnsmas's Cristobal Astigar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sallam Nassef in the 43rd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Shehta Marwan managed to get in a good position for a shot. mohamedshahin's supporters rose to their feet, but Shehta Marwan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristobal Astigar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Cristobal Astigar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sallam Nassef's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. Amerigo Pietropaolo in the 61stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Salem El-Sakka, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Amerigo Pietropaolo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sallam Nassef received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Cristobal Astigar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Atef Kamel struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Salem El-Sakka didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for mnsmas. Shehta Marwan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Cristobal Astigar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 79 played minutes mohamedshahin got a freekick which was hit by Mustafa Basem. In the 81st minute Atef Kamel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salem El-Sakka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amerigo Pietropaolo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 82ndth minute, Salem El-Sakka skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in mohamedshahin fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 86th minute. Penalty! In the 88th minute there was a penalty for mnsmas. Thabit El-hadary stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Salem El-Sakka. 1-2. Mustafa Basem kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Jairo Ortzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Salem El-Sakka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Salem El-Sakka was a little too slow when Atef Kamel got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 96th minute. The score was now 1-3. The mohamedshahin fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. mnsmas were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
