Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Sindsis's Mahgoub Deyab started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Sindsis were furious when Taimour Hussien was red carded, 4 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Sindsis fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 3rd minute. Penalty! 10 minutes into the match, Grim Reaper Sporting's goal looked a bit too open when Ayoub Nayef came free, but Nizar Mubarak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Mounir Abdel Wahab took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Fadel Serag to make any attempt to save it. 17 minutes into the game, Abaza Basel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sindsis's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Grim Reaper Sporting the free kick. Abaza Basel kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Mounir Abdel Wahab managed to get in a good position for a shot. Grim Reaper Sporting's supporters rose to their feet, but Mounir Abdel Wahab was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fadel Serag breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Mounir Abdel Wahab came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Grim Reaper Sporting fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mounir Abdel Wahab couldn't finish the play. 31 minutes into the match, Sindsis's goal looked a bit too open when Ali Yousif came free, but Fadel Serag reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Mounir Abdel Wahab had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ali Yousif in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fadel Serag saved Sindsis from getting behind. Mounir Abdel Wahab blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fadel Serag having to make a save. In the 48th minute Burhan Abu Bakr shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fadel Serag saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After a rather tough play, Sindsis's Aaser Haitham got a free kick in the 51st minute. If Ali Yousif had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ali Yousif received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Fadel Serag tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 56th minute, Yasser Sallam hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 64 minutes into the match, Mounir Abdel Wahab had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fadel Serag. Sindsis's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mounir Abdel Wahab was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. In the 68th match minute, Sindsis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mahgoub Deyab to maneuver through the defense. In the 70th minute of the match Othman Hany shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fadel Serag showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ali Yousif received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Fadel Serag tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Ayoub Nayef had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Grim Reaper Sporting's Akram Barakat got a free kick in the 84th minute. Fadel Serag made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Yousif in the 89th minute of play. After 92 played minutes Grim Reaper Sporting got a freekick which was hit by Mahgoub Kamal. In the 96th match minute, Sindsis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aaser Haitham to maneuver through the defense. Othman Hany was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 97th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal.
