Atef Taha didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hisham Abbas went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Yehia Hashem's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mounir Baher read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Atef Taha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hamada Ramy in the 25th minute of the match. In the 38th minute Hamada Ramy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atef Taha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 42 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Cusae's Hamada Ramy fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. If Yousry Hussien had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Yousry Hussien got free with Atef Taha in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 73 minutes in the game, Hamada Ramy fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Atef Taha having to interfere. Atef Taha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hamada Ramy in the 76th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Rifa's Nabil Zaky got a free kick in the 78th minute. Atef Taha made an important save on a dangerous shot by Yousry Hussien in the 81st minute.
