Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Nassef Kamel started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Amr Gomaa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Grenta78's Abdou El-hadary played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nassef Kamel in the 13th minute of play. If Gaser Yousry had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 19 minutes into the match, Grenta78's Amr Gomaa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hamada Hamza narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Hamada Hamza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abaza Raslan in the 24th minute of the match. Amr Gomaa scored 0-1 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hamada Hamza, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Nassef Kamel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdou El-hadary having to interfere. Nassef Kamel had several of the Grenta78's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 30 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-1 score and a disappointed Abdou El-hadary as he didn't even see the shot coming. After a defensive mix-up in Grenta78's zone, Gaser Yousry stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abdou El-hadary came out of the goal and Gaser Yousry tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Amr Gomaa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hamada Hamza having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Grenta78's zone, Nassef Kamel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abdou El-hadary came out of the goal and Nassef Kamel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 43rd minute, Gaser Yousry left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bawit fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abaza Raslan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Grenta78's Aino Walid got a free kick in the 70th minute. Bawit's Hamada Hamza proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Bawit from getting a goal against them. Nassef Kamel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Abdou El-hadary read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 77th minute of play. When Riad Nedal fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Grenta78's protests and gave Riad Nedal a yellow card for diving instead. In the 82nd minute, Riad Nedal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Bawit's Essam Ramzy tried to score from far away in the 83rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Adham Hamada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nassef Kamel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gaser Yousry fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdou El-hadary having to interfere.
