Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Jilbanah's Amr Ziyad started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Amr Ziyad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Osama Khalil scored 0-1 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kareem Kordy, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 28 minutes into the game, Amr Ziyad was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jilbanah's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sherbin the free kick. A collision led to Jilbanah getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Amr Ziyad hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Osama Khalil in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kareem Kordy saved Sherbin from getting behind. If Amr Ziyad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Hazem Riad fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sherbin's protests and gave Hazem Riad a yellow card for diving instead. In the 41st minute, Hazem Riad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 43rd minute of the game. One of Sherbin:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Jilbanah:s goal. Belal Kamal did an outstanding performance 46 minutes into the match, when he by himself got past the opposing team's defense and with a quick scored 0-2 to the right of an irritated Kareem Kordy in the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Maged Ramez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Amr Ziyad blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kareem Kordy having to make a save. The supporters of Jilbanah booed when Sherbin was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Basyouny Fathy didn't get a good kick on the ball. Osama Khalil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kareem Kordy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amr Ziyad in the 62nd minute of the match. Faisal Nizar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Sallam Mourad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Sherbin's Kareem Kordy got control of the ball when Osama Khalil tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Faisal Nizar came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Sherbin fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Faisal Nizar couldn't finish the play. In the 71st minute, Osama Khalil got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Raouf Shady received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Kareem Kordy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kareem Kordy had great luck who in the 79thth minute grab hold of the ball when Amr Ziyad from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Amr Ziyad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Osama Khalil got free with Kareem Kordy in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 95th play minute Raouf Shady came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Kareem Kordy. 0-3. Jilbanah's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
