Ameer Faisal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ghanem Belal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ameer Faisal, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Hamada Abdel Monsef made a great header on Jamasah's corner, it was just that Qara's Ghanem Belal managed to reach the ball for a save. Ramadan Mourad hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Hamada Abdel Monsef, 21 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Kamel Kordy sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ziyad Qasem's late challenge caught a Jamasah's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ziyad Qasem helped the player get up and apologised. In the 26th minute, one of Qara:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Qara. Hamada Abdel Monsef placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Belal Basyouny fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kordy Deyab having to interfere. Osama Aino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Kordy Deyab tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Ramadan Mourad fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Qara's protests and gave Ramadan Mourad a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Jamasah booed when Qara was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ramadan Mourad didn't get a good kick on the ball. Belal Basyouny received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Kordy Deyab tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Jamasah's Kordy Deyab got control of the ball when Belal Basyouny tried to sneak it across the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
53 minutes into the match, Jamasah's goal looked a bit too open when Osama Aino came free, but Kordy Deyab reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Qara's Ghanem Belal got control of the ball when Ameer Faisal tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 60th minute Belal Basyouny shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kordy Deyab saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Osama Aino hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. If Belal Basyouny had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osama Aino in the 67th minute of play forced Jamasah's goalkeeper Kordy Deyab to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Qara's Osama Aino got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Belal Basyouny sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a rather tough play, Qara's Ramadan Mourad got a free kick in the 76th minute. 83 minutes into the match, Jamasah's goal looked a bit too open when Belal Basyouny came free, but Kordy Deyab reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Naguib Ramez kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Osama Aino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Kordy Deyab tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
